What is mindfulness?
Seems like we could all use a little more of that!
We will share cool information, links (like the one above), and podcasts that are out in the world about mindfulness and its benefits, practice mindfulness meditation for 5 minutes and end with the opportunity to contribute a word to the word cloud for the question of the day. After that you can sign off till next week, or stick around to check in with the group about what you noticed.
We invite you to bring a candle to light at the start of our meditation.
