Veteran Wellness Series - PATH to Wellness

Each week you will engage in facilitated wellness themed activities and discussions.  Some examples of our themes for each meeting include: social connectedness, physical health habits, personal identity & leisure lifestyle education.

This group meets Tuesdays at 1:30PM EST via Zoom.

This Week: Who are we?  The stories we tell ourselves about who we are impacts overall health and wellness.  The activity this week will include creating a self-portrait and a discussion to help reshape these stories.  Please be prepared for this session with items for drawing or coloring a pencil and paper at minimum but feel free to bring any other drawing/ coloring items of your choice! “In the social jungle of human existence, there is no feeling of being alive without a sense of identity.”  Erik Erikson
