Veteran Wellness Series - Women's Group

The focus of this wellness series is to create a space for connection, meaning, and joy. Some things we might do include but aren’t limited to: mindfulness meditations, yoga, virtual games, creative expression and journaling.

This group meets Thursdays at 10:00AM EST via Zoom.

This Week: This week we will be continuing the series with a grade school favorite "show and tell". Please bring something that has been significant in your life over the last couple of months while social distancing. We will follow with a continuation of yoga and gentle movements to improve physical and mental health.
