    • 2018 Presidential Commendations from the American Therapeutic Recreation Association for pioneering work in the field.
    • 2015 Outstanding Achievement Award from N.H. Governor’s Council on Physical Activity & Health
    • 2012 Director Jill Gravink awarded New Hampshire Governor’s Accessibility award
    • 2008 Director Jill Gravink inducted into UNH Alumni Diversity Hall of Fame
    • 2005 Inducted into the New England Wheelchair Hall of Fame
    • 2003 Northeast Passage named as a Paralympic Academy.
    • 2003 Jean Tague Innovative Program Award, for TREK, from the National Recreation and Park Association.

    • 2002 Bronze CASE Circle of Excellence Award “Spirit of Galehead.”
    • 2002 New York International Film and Video Festivals, Gold World Medal for Trek to Galehead.
    • 2001 Program of Excellence in TR, From the New England Therapeutic Recreation Association.
    • 2001 Emmy Award from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for Best Sports Segment, “Trek to Galehead.”
    • 2001 James Award for Outstanding Therapeutic Recreation Program, from the New Hampshire Recreation and Parks Association for Galehead Trek 2000.
